I brought my daughter and myself to get a consultation for braces. They went above and beyond to get information to my daughter’s periodontist. The orthodontist that work there are honest, passionate about what they do, and willing to help explain the process in detail. I highly recommend them.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your kind review!! We really appreciate it so much. We have the very best of patients!

Katie and the team at True Smile are outstanding! Everyone is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. Katie always takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and explains everything clearly, which I really appreciate. The office is clean, organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’ll be treated with kindness and receive excellent care, I highly recommend True Smile.

There was a small delay during one visit because another patient needed extra attention. The receptionist kept everyone informed, which I appreciated. Once I was seen, the orthodontist spent plenty of time with me and never seemed rushed.
Response from the owner:Thank you for sharing your feedback! Our team is dedicated to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. It's wonderful to hear that this commitment is recognized.
